Speaker is excellent with its Dolby Atmos features

I'd stay clear and away from this monitor. 1st, not forthcoming with it only being HBR10 vs HBR20. 2nd, a lot of screen flicker which updating the firmware had no improvement to the issue. When it was up and running, beautiful 1440p gaming; it's only saving grace.

I dropped my Onkyo RZ50 off for repairs on 04/29/25 with the understanding that repairs would take 2-4 weeks. As of this date 06/13/25 after many calls and a trip to the local Best Buy to check the status of my repairs the response has been "problem identified, waiting for parts. The agreement was if it cannot be repaired I will receive a full refund. Well I believe if something can't be repaired in 6 weeks then it can't be repaired period! How long should I wait for parts in this day of overnight shipping?

Save your hard earned money. This "protection" used to be part of a BB program that was definitely worth it. With all the cost cutting...it's only matter of time until BB closes it's doors.

I've had issues with this monitor from day one. I have Best buy total tec and because they labeled it a TV and not a monitor they will not replace or repair the software issues I have had since day 1. I should of returned it right from the beginning but the weight of it was what kept me putting it off.

Sounded good but could never get the OSD to come up after the initial power up which obvioulsy made adjustments difficult. I eventally exchanged for another product.

Membership should be free. Perks need to be better to justify cost.

I had emailed with outstanding issues but no follow up. really not sure of the benefit of value to this service. Very very hard to get a service rep when you call in. They send you all over the place.

So excited that this Best Buy tech covers everything. any purchases brought prior to are not covered…I took in my broken laptop and they didn’t fix it.

This is the only “protection plan” that I buy. Best-Buy is the only company that has actually covered a problem, like they say they will!

I wasted a lot of money. It’s an expensive item. All of our cell phones show 1 bar before and after installation. No difference whatsoever. Voice keeps breaking and calls keep getting dropped. Though the call centre service and installation happened smoothly, the technician didn’t have the meter to check if it’s working fine. When I showed him one bar after installation, he said seeing bars is the wrong way to test the performance but I don’t have the meter to test and show if it’s working fine. I’m totally disappointed and regret wasting so much of hard earned money without thinking. Please think twice before spending.

Why not buy a protection plan when the rate is at low or inexpensive he might as well because if you don’t, you’re gonna regret it.

$1500 Samsung Monitor separated from the base of the stand 70 days after purchase. Total protection is a ruse. Per Best Buy, they cannot take it back because I am past 60 days. And total protection does not kick in the first 12 months of my purchase, and I’ve been referred to the manufacturer. so, 24 months total protection, is valid only for the last 12 months.

Just what we needed. These plans have saved us a bunch of times over the years.
