If you want to see a permanent Star Wars background on your screen, this projector is for you. See the attached picture. Started going bad after 2 1/2 years. Ironically the warranty was only for 2 years with no options for additional warranty for a $6000 projector

This by far my favorite receiver I’ve had yet. It replaced a Marantz cinema 60 after it was unable to be repaired. The sound is amazing with an easy setup and 360 mapping is chef’s kiss. Sure there isn’t Dirac and I know that may make some skeptical, but I insist that you give this receiver a shot. You will not be disappointed! I wish I could give this thing 10 stars.

We always buy the Best Buy Protection plan and have it pay for itself in more than half the time we've purchased it. In all honesty, the peace of mind it gives us makes it worthwhile.

I've been a Total Tech member for a little over a year now and it's been nothing but awesome. After receiving multiple personalized advice calls and service calls regarding the build up of my Home Theater and my whole house stereo system, it was a No-brainer to sign up for a second year. Cost: $200 Value (to me) for the 2022-2023 membership year: $1000.00 EASILY....arguably even more. If you're thinking about upgrading your TV, Home theater or Home HiFi setup, I recommend the Best Buy Total Tech program. It is money well spent.

The program offers many services but in reality an average customer will find little use for them. I would prefer to get coupons or discounts for products instead.

I love this receiver. It was easy to set up, easy to use, and is giving me the ultimate home theater experience. I added to front height speakers to take full advantage of the Dolby Atmos surround sound. It is amazing. Totally immersive. Best money ever spent to have a true movie theater experience in my living room.

Bestbuy protection is a no brainer. It allows you to essentially trial an item for a longer period and be able to return it, if it is not what you like. I also get this protection because it covers accidental damage as well as defective damage, with no questions asked. Very good service plan.
