Thanks To Geek Squad at Best Buy my phone is covered and protective for $8.99. A month. I think that's a very fair price. I don't have to worry about my phone anymore..

Would suggest getting protection because son lost or broke phone multiple times and definitely saves you money.

The best buy rep did an excellent job transferring info from her old phone to her new phone and setting up the pair watch and phone. Her old phone was having battery issues which did not slow down

The agents were incredibly helpful and positive even when my problem took until after closing to solve. They lost a star because the deductible costed almost as much as the original plan. Outside of that, I was very satisfied.

I havent had to use the plan yet. Its cheaper to buy the insurance frkm best buy than to get it from the phone carrier for at least the first 2 years.

I have always purchased Best Buys GS protection for my more expensive items, just in case. I have returned items before like expensive headphones and best buy keeps their word, no excuses required and replaces your item or credits you a gift card what you paid at time for that item. Its a win win.

If you break phones buy this. Its cheaper than what thw carriers offer and the ease if use if being able to go into the store is nice. Pro tip. Its a little cheaper if you pay up front for it instead of installments so if you can afford it go that way

Good protection plan puts the mind at ease of course, one thing i do have to complaint about they dont give you the chance to keep goin with the plan just cut you off at the end with no notice

I chose to buy my electronic, even phone here at Best Buy because I know that there is Geek Squad. Amazingly, they are very helpful and worth every penny. Monthly membership is not expensive. Indeed, it is better price than some monthly game subscriptions.

The service at Best Buy Stores is always great. They try to repair or replace all of my products.

You can't go wrong with Geek Squad protection. I have it for all my devices. This is money well spent especially when you consider of replacing some of my devices. example, tv-$4000, surround bar- $1200 and phone $1600. This is to name a few things. Need I saw more!

I first used this service when I purchased S9 plus. The value is great and the prices are very fair. I chose to purchase an additional plan for Note 20. The plan was extensive, but I believe the value is there. I prefer this protection over Samsung and Apple.
