I have used Geek Squad many time for a variety of things and always been satisfied with 1 exception. We moved from Columbus OH to Ocala FL & the in-store Geek Squad experience isn't on par with what we had in Columbus, otherwise it would have been a 5 star review

Thank God for geek squad. My brand new Galaxy z phone 2 got damaged by somebody else who dropped something onto it while it was on the stand and it damaged the screen thank God to them they took the unit back gave me a credit and I bought a new phone . The individual the damage the phone he paid for the new geek squad for my new phone

I LOVE GEEK SQUAD BUT IT'S A LOVE & HATE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE ACCIDENTAL GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION! I LOVE THAT YOU CAN PICK 1 OR 2-YEARS AS AN OPTION! BUT... I BROUGHT A 2-YEAR PLAN AND MY PHONE BROKE IN 11 MONTHS. NO REFUNDS ON THE PLAN NOT EVEN A PERCENTAGE IF YOU DON'T USE IT THE FULL TERM

I'm still getting used to the phone but i like it so far. I've noticed a little shaking in the screen, I'm not sure if its come from other videos or my phone. Its still new to be having issues but I'll watch it to make be sure.

Great to have peace of mind in case of damage I actually had to use it before so it's worth every penny

Camera is awesome, dont use the pen much but its noce to have the option. Hoping they can fix the camera issues.

The geek squad is very helpful. Timely with all services and overall a great addition to a great store! The operation of the geek squad is fluid and they find all warranties right away! Definitely recommend and will be getting protection on all products i buy!

Great warranty. I know I didn't get the T-Mobile warranty but I got the unlocked Samsung gallery I got the unlocked Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra.. Not more than a week later the hardware was failing the hardware was failing the haddie is my warranty little did I Orange little did I know that you had to pay a $199 deductible. I am very distraught that I have to pay an extra $199 for a phone that was less than a week old and never got to use I'd like to use it they did not wanna help they were no help I'm a elite member and a total home protection member very sad on Best Buy's part part.

They Helped me Out at Best Buy with my Geek Squad protection plan....a lil extra Cash goes a Long Way... Gave me 2 more years and a New Phone for a small price along with a Phone Upgrade...Pleased

My friend has a dickens of a time with his phones so I got the insurance included when I purchased the phone for him. He's very active and has had problems with his old phones becoming damaged. Let's hope he doesn't need this insurance.

Would recommend getting this service. I am very satisfied with my decision to purchase this service as the cell phone I purchased has malfunctioned on multiple occasions and geek squad protection service has replaced it for the fee of roughly $90.

How best to protect you investment in this phone. Geek Squad is great. I have used them many times though the years and never have I been disappointed by service. The know how and willingness to assist whenever needed is a standard in retailing. The cost is reasonable and protection against damage or loss immense.

Best Buys keeps pushing these plans but when you need to use it they give you nothing but excuses, I will not be wasting money on this crap of a protection plan anymore, SAVE YOUR MONEY you only giving the sales children a commission! I'm just gonna use manufacturer warranty.

Dont go without extra geek squad. Only needed ot once and it saved me thousaand dollars in repair / replacement of a computer.

They are pretty savvy. Every time that I ask them a question, they give an explanation that is easier for me to understand.

Speedy and strong enough to handle various apps at a high refresh rate. The only con is the horrible selfie camera
