    Best Buy's warranty is the best by far. I always recommend that you add the warranty to all the products you buy at Best Buy.

    The clerk told me I could move my Verizon SIM card from my broken phone to the is and it would work....it didn’t and I’m also out the money for the geek squad protection. I regret walking into Best Buy.

    on my second phone,same problem with this one.keeps going back so then cant hear text messages.using data when home on wifi.im really frustrated. best buy has done everything, but boost service is no good or its just the phone.DO NOT BUY IT. i wouldnt own it if it was free.

    They get you for a service fee one way or the other. Replacement phone pay $$$. ungrade update transfer anything was a waster of money for me.

    My screen became unresponsive on my phone (no discernible reason).. My only complaint is that I had to wait @ 10 days for the refurb phone to be sent to me and it was in not as good condition and seemed to lag. It has been functional but I am looking forward to my two year upgrade. Not as good as what you can get directly from Verizon but cheaper.
