I have my Nexus 5 for just over a year and right when it was out of warranty I started to have problems with my sim card. However Sprint wouldn't fix my phone since I didn't buy their phone insurance with it, so this time around I was sure to get the extra protection that best buy offers just in case.

I felt safe with the protection plan. Only canceled it because the phone was more the 3 years old..

I've never bought an insurance policy for my phone before. This device appears to be worth it.

I would recommend this to anybody. It is a great value and was half the price of my carriers plan.
