Great feeling to know my new phone is protected. Reasonable price for the service.

I never had insurance on my phone but geeks quad is different you need to get them.

I'm not very knowledgeable with technology, these guy are! They can fix anything.

I purchased this when I got my new phone, I felt good having in case something happened, but I spent the extra $9.00 or so a month and never even had to use it. I ended up cancelling it.

Best buy coverage is always quick and easy. They make everything so easy.

Better to be safe than sorry, so I got the extra protection for my phone.

For the money it's a great value. With phones being so expensive, it's worth it.

Nothing special. Its the same as Verizon protection plan. I hate the fact that there is a deductible now for some stuff, back a couple of years ago that was not the case and was well worth the money. Easy to place a claim and quick response.

Good coverage, low monthly fee. Thankfully have not had to use this.

haven't needed to use it yet but it's a nice little safety net to have just in case
