So upset...

DEDICATED member and always taken their advice when getting extended warrenty. When i purchased my phone there were no cases available so they shipped it to my home and low and behold my screen gets cracked. Now that I had to actually use it all the sudden everything has changes from what I was told.. the deductible is 3times what I was advised, you can't do anything in the store... and everything sent out is a refurb product. Dont waste your money.

Waste of money

I paid the money for almost 2 years and when i phone got damaged and i tried to claim the deductible is too high and i can actually replace my screen from Samsung care for the same price. Also, they don't have any way to even recover data from screen broken phone. Wont recommend it.

Randomly increased deductible

Probably a waste of money

Waste of money

Even though you pay the monthly fee you will still have to cough up $150. I called 2 weeks after getting my phone with small scratches on the corner and realized the $150 charge and dropped the service the next day...they never told us about the $150 when we signed up for the plan.

Poor service

And the plan for a year before canceling because Geek Squad kept referring me to Verizon Wireless the carrier but I purchase the phone from them. So I was paying for service that I was not receiving.

Geek Squad Not Worth the Price

Had a small problem shortly after, and found out they did not have a qualified technition to work on Samsung devices. Cancelled my Geek squad and took Sprint protection. Sprint replaced the phone at no cost. Geed squad is not the best protection.

Posted .I'm disappointed to hear about the issues you faced with our Geek Squad phone protection. We work hard to ensure it works as efficiently and seamlessly as possible. While many of our stores do not have technicians who can service Samsung devices, we do offer the ability to make a claim in-store, online, or over the phone and in many cases can have a device shipped out next day.

not happy

They couldn't send replacement so gave me a gift card to purchase new one but then cancelled remainder of 2 year plan. $160 up front plus $150 deductible to fix. That's one expensive cracked screen. I am VERY unhappy.

Terrible if you live in Reno

They will only replace your item...which means you pay the deductible whether its a little scratch, or your phone gets run over.

Not worth it

Geek Squad Repair protection plan

Don't do it
