I apologize if this wasn’t conveyed to you at the time of your purchase. The service fee should be listed on your purchase receipt and in the Terms and Conditions of the plan you were given. Pity the fool that doesn't
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Seriously? I cannot imagine why anyone would NOT get Geek Squad Protection. This is truly a no-brainer, especially when purchasing something as important as a phone. Most people's entire LIVES are on their phone. And to replace one? crazy expensive! So monthly Geek Squad protection on my wife's phone was simply a question that didn't even need to be asked...of COURSE I want GSP on her phone! We get GSP on everything we buy, because I don't want to have to worry about it or think about it. GSP gives me peace of mind.

Outstanding service

The phone started malfunctioning in September and was replaced immediately. The replacement went into a boot loop in late April. Best Buy checked it out, set up an order to replace it again, and after learning it couldn't be replaced with another G4, and a couple of days sent me a check for the full value of the phone. Loved the phone, except for the reliability issues, but please Excellent service - no complaints.

Geek squad protection have not had to use mine
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Geek squad protection i have not had to use my claims yet, my device works fine, only had it about a month, the phone alone is well built ,i have dropped the phone several times, as someone who works with mobile phones daily i recommend the GSP protection, anything bad can happen.
