Its nice to have some piece of mind without breaking the bank. Reasonable price but the quality of the replacements are not great! Had a Note 5 replaced and less than two weeks later the back glass cover started to peel off. Took it to the store and they said I needed to pay another deductible to replace it again. Still beats Sprints insurance!

Great plan at a decent cost. Didnt have to replace my phone in the 2 years I used it.

I haven't had to use it yet thankfully, but I know that I will be grateful that I do if I ever need it. Decent price with great coverage.

Just like car insurance, happy if you have it when needed. Otherwise you're just spending money
