Only used my protection plan once but was really easy and I got quick good help. I like being able to go into the store and getting help and not being pressured into buying a new phone like at Verizon

Better to have protection is you give a teenager an expensive smartphone. I have had to use the insurance twice in the three years I've had it on a previous phone my daughter dropped. Worth the peace of mind..

The protection plan is definitely worth the money.

Haven't used this yet and hope I don't have to. I wish it did carry stolen and lost on it but that cost even more. So I will try it for awhile and see how it goes. Then maybe I will drop it.

I have this service on my pocket, but at this time I didn't use it. However, in the beginning the people was friendly and professional.

If you know how to take care of your device at the most basic level, you'll end up paying for a service that you'll never use.

I only give it 3 stars because I haven't used it yet for my cell phone which is being covered. Best Buy always delivers when it comes to insurance and protection plans. No hassle ever.

Hope I never have to use the protection. Tbe phome is too expensive to replace. Just hate that there is a $200 dediuctible tied to the protection insurance.

The Geek Squad protection plan is less expensive and more convenient than Sprint's protection plan. Never had to use it so I can't comment on the actual service.

Accidental coverage is a must and why not use the people who sale me the phone. At least i do not have to mail the phone in and wait for another.

This was not discussed during the purchase of my new Samsung Galaxy 7 - so I was surprised that my 'coverage' simply carried over from my Samsung Galaxy 5

Havent had the chance to really use it yet, but I heard someone elses story and how it saved their life (metaphorically). Hopefully its worth the investment.

Nice to have a protection plan for an unlocked phone that is on a prepaid network. Only said 3 stars as I haven't used it yet.

Have used this protection plan for the last two years, and it has saved us at least twice now. However, the introduction of a $150 deductible is sad.
