Thankfully have not yet needed this however the protection promised is better than the protection offered by the cellular provider.

I pay it every month and I used it once when my screen had a crack. They replaced the phone.

They were helpful but they bill u card without permission and takes months to return it

This is a great option and I hope I never need it. But you can't out a price on peace of mind. Well you can but it's worth it.

I think the geek squad insurance is great and I wouldn't own a phone without it.
