Thankfully I haven't had to use my protection plan but the auto billing is convenient and the rates and deductibles are better than my carriers

The "deductible" on top tier cell phone insurance makes it nearly worthless for anything except loss or theft. The cost and the prevalence of cell phone repair services makes them cheaper than the monthly cost plus deductible for ANY cell phone insurance. BB's insurance provides the one missing component of provider insurance- loss/theft protection. That is the ONLY thing that makes it even remotely worthwhile.

Insurance is always needed on our expensive items. Best buys is great since it is much easier to run to the store then to wait for a phone in the mail.

Geeksquad is the best service you can get. Same and a little bit more coverage than Verizon for my phone for cheaper price. Great stuff!

This is a lot easier to get the insurance here then thru the company themselves. It's easier when you have to actually use the insurance.

I have always recommended Geek Squad protection. I got it because the Round Rock location is now certified to repair cracks screens.

Fortunately haven't had to use coverage yet, but happy to have it. Reasonable pricing and confident BB will be easy to work with if I need to use it.
