Geek squad is really good. The employees that works there are nice and friendly to work with.i never had a problem with Geek squad.

I would recommend their service if you are purchasing new electronics. A little piece of mind but don't expect gold star service

It is nice to have the peace of mind knowing if our phone is damaged we have a place to go and speak to people that know how to help.

This plan cost less than buying through Sprint and when I needed to use it there wss no additional cost like I had to make with Sprint.
