Anytime i have questions about my cell phone warranty or just need help with my phone...they are always helpful.

So far haven't had to use it. It's nice to know my phone has coverage even though it was purchased full out.

Geek Squad protection give me security that I want. I know that they will replace what ever cheaper than the company

This plan gives me the piece of mind needed these days with cellphones that cost in upward of a grand a pop.

Not really excited about having to pay a fee to get something fixed now, hopefully I still will not have to use it.

Sounded like a good way to keep my new phone from damage. But does not cover lost or stolen phones.

Cell insurance at Best Buy is the best. I would suggest anyone with a phone get it , its well worth it.
