This is a good value, but we have rarely had to use the service. Nice to know its there if we ever need it.

There's not much more to say other than the price is great for the coverage. I haven't had a problem with them yet.

Overall this plan is very helpful. My phone had software errors and was replaced with ease within a few days.

When we upgraded our family's mobile phones we decided to go with the Geeksquad insurance/protection plan vs. The one offered by our carrier. Not only was the proposed cost savings nice but I liked having the plan we with the store I bought my phone from. When you really dig into the plan and how it works it will remind you of the first phone protection plans from the late 1990s. If your phone needs to be replaced you have to go through a cumbersome process where Geeksquad attempts to repair it before replacing. That process alone takes a minimum of five days. FIVE DAYS with no phone unless they happen to have a "loaner" available. There were other gotchas with this protection plan that just made it not worth it. We have 5 phones on our account and our carrier offers something for around 20 per month which covers the phones from pretty much anything and you receive replacement phones or accessories via overnight mail. Save yourself $80 a year and pick a different protection protection plan.

I love having geek squad protection! I get it with everyone I have and when i need to use it, it's worth it!

Geek squad is pretty knowledgeable and can help diagnose problems. Its there if you need a replacement as well

I have the insurance and it has been well worth it as the phone itself galaxy s6 is awful so Ive used it a lot

If you a new phone or a new product from best buy is worth getting the monthly Geek Squad protection.

Always get geek squad services. That way I only have to deal with best buy and their customar service is great.
