    Excellent protection plan for electronics.

    My son broke the screen on his phone, no even a week after he get it brand new, the plan replace it with a new phone right away. Down side, I have to pay $200 for the replacement but still way better that pay the whole price of the phone. For sure I recommend this plan if you have teens in your household handling electronics.

    I always get the Geek Squad protection. I undertand for the cell phonw coverage there's a deductible now opposed to bedore. That is the downfall. Other than that I will forever be loyal to thw Geek Squad protection opposed to the one Sprint offers. I never have a problem getting my cell phone fixed or replaced.

    2 months after purchasing a new computer we had it in for repair. The geek squad service is not cheap but quality never is and in this case the geek squad service would be a deal at double the cost. They treated both my wife and I with respect and their work was not only done when promised it was fixed right the first time.

    We have used Geek Squad protection for many years. Primarily, we protect our smart phones. When we have a problem all it takes is a phonecall and we get the problem resolved that day. If they have to send you a new phone, it only takes a couple of days to get to you. They are very prompt and courteous.

    Had an issue where I saw a pop up message telling me my phone was comprised and to go to Google play and download a specific antivirus. I didn't download it but it was a legitimate antivirus. Immediately called the geek squad for advice. Glad they were there for me. The extra protection is worth it.

    Last year I did not have the protection plan on my phone and the screen broke. It was very costly to repair. This year I got it and the same thing happened. Cost me nothing to repair. The only downfall is that you are without a phone while they ship you a new one. The new one is generally refurbished.

    Though it can sometimes be taxing dealing with BB customer service (currently battling a simple purchase that should have been delivered to be 9 days ago grr) this service is great. Had a scratch in my new S8+ and they just replaced it with a brand new phone with no charge!

    the phone protection is good for a piece of mind, but you have to pay the monthly fee and the price for the trade in phone for less then $200, depending on the phone. if you just got the phone less than 3-4 months, and the screen cracks or something, then its worth it to get it.

    We always feel very well protected with Geek Squad coverage. One smart phone screen was cracked only a few weeks after purchasing the phone. Very fortunately for us, we had Geek Squad protection, and the phone was replaced at a very reduced price in just a matter of days.

    The two techs called me an hour prior to the appointment to confirm everything. When they arrived they were super nice and professional. They answered all my questions and were very helpful in giving advice on where to hang my television on the wall. Great employees!

    Phone warranty

    This warranty costs a little less than my carrier however to use it is still pretty expensive. My phone (Galaxy S6 Active) which is supposed to be tougher than others has a cracked screen. Not sure if I can replace the glass but it's too much to try to replace the actual phone.

    I love my Geek squad protection plan. I've had it on all my phones for years since I am so rough on them! I just wish, when I renewed, they would have let me know they now charge a deductible when you get a replacement rather than finding out when I needed the replacement.

    Had to repair my phone about three times. Was never charged for these repairs but the cause was due to manufacturer's default. Still, glad I had coverage because Geek Squad made it easier to submit my phone for repair rather than going through the process by myself.

    Bought my dell laptop two years ago, and had to take it in because battery wasn't charging. Geek squad diagnosed and fixed it as always. Better to have peace of mind with Geek Squad, and knowing that they can fix computer problems that I have no idea how to fix.

    Cracked the screen on my phone...Geek Squad can't repair. The Geek I spoke with said they can't repair or replace any screen on any phone. I sent it in, they sent a new one. Not painful, but when BBY sells you the plan, they imply it will be handled in house.

    I Don't normally by these things cause there is always red tape. However I took a chance and bought one on my phone. The first week I had my new phone I dropped it and broke the screen. The geek plan really worked well only costing me 60.00 to replace the screen.

    I bought the geek squad protection pman with the lap top i just bought and im so glad i did. I had it for a few weeks and it had an update, well when it updated it pretty much wiped my whoke system. Geek squad came to the rescue! Had it all fixed within hours.

    I purchased the protection plan back in early 2015, I really hate not had the need to use as Galaxy S7 has functioned well but I have stopped by the Geek Squad Customer Support Desk for basic questions and they have been very helpful in answering my questions.

    The Geek Squad protection is worth every penny. The Best Buy staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the protection plan and how it is useful to you. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my phone because it is security for your phone and peace of mind for you.

    I use the geek squad at least twice a year and have had a plan with them for yearsl They have always managed to undo my mistakes usually in just a day. They are always polite and I have to say very patient. The plans are worth every penny.
