For years I have paid for Geek Squad protection for my cell phone. A couple of years ago my cell phone didn't hold a charge and I was able to get a new phone to replace it without an extra charge. It's basically an insurance policy.

not all of the Geek Squad employees are knowledgeable. Some of the Geek Squad employees talk down to their customers. It's not a good experience/feeling for an employee to speak down to a customer, especially when the customer needs help.

This service is worth every penny. When my phone was ran over I called m ugh telecom co with Hinch I have insurance and they tell me there's nothing they can do. I called geek squad and they sent me a replacement phone with no hassle.

I am very satisfied with this service. I have had used this service for several years now for differnt products. When there is a problem with an item or device this protection plan give me peace and confidence that the issue will be resolved.

Recently had to use this protection coverage for a damaged phone (our fault). No hassle replacement (remember smartphone fee- $149). Other plans upwards of $200. Must order battery from Best Buy parts warehouse. Phone is shipped without battery. No charge.

Cracked your phone? Replace it with a co-payment. Sometimes you don't need to wait or call anyone. Im gicing it a 4 star because the 1st time my husband cracked his phone, they replaced it asap. The second time they had him calling someone

I am not good at IT but need it for home. I love the fact that I can call anytime and get my computer, printer problems resolved. to hire an IT person, cost an arm and a leg. this service is well worth the cost and more. I love it - thank you

Have had many cell phones in the past that end up with a problem and it always costs me more to have it fixed then the phone is worth or I end up having to buy another one. This is an expensive assurance that I'll have help if I need it

This is for the standard insurance coverage for a best buy purchased phone. The geek squad were very easy to talk to although sometimes they didnt have my phone in stock to send me a replacement. I cant not have a phone....

I have had wonderful service with my Geek Squad protection. I have had this protection with all my phones and have had to use it several times. It takes my worry away from a broken phone and not having to dish out hundreds of dollars.

I actually needed to use this and it was so easy all I had to do is go into a store and boom geek squad rep ordered my replacement to my house no BS questions or we don't cover this just made sure address correct and I was me so pain less.

When I went and explained my problem they were very helpful and friendly. They asked me a few questions and with in minutes they told me I had to pay and my replacement phone would arrive soon.. took 24 hrs and I have it

I love having this monthly insurance for my phone! Especially because I constantly drop my phone -_- Although the replacement cost is still a little steep ($200 for mine because I have the s7 Edge), it is still a great backup to have.

Geek Squad protection for my phone is extremely affordable and offers me excellent protection for my phone. I tske care of my electronics, but accidents always happen and the fact that geek squad offers protection for those cases is great.

I have had Geek Squad protection for several years and I love it. It's much easier to get support from the Geek Squad than from my cell phone provider. They respond quicker, and if needed I can go to the local Best Buy Store!

My experience with Geek Squad has been great. At one point, I cracked my screen. They allowed me to pay $50 for a loaner, once they fixed my phone, they refunded me back the $50. They're very informative and Efficient.

I always get the geek squad protection for my kids phones. The amount we pay is worth it! I like it because you can just go directly to Best Buy instead of having to mail your phone to Sprint for repairs. Thanks GS!

I'm in retail and hear people tell me all the time that warranties aren't worth it. They're also the same ones that call wondering what to do after something broke. I've always bought these and it has helped me out multiple times.

BETTER, CHEAPER, FASTER SERVICE WITH GEEK SQUAD INSURANCE RATHER THAN VERIZON PHONE INSURANCE. I LIKE THAT I CAN GET HANDS ON HELP IN PERSON WITH GEEK SQUAD INSTEAD OF PHONE OR SEND IN ONLY WITH VERIZON PHONE INSURANCE.

With how expensive theses new phones are the geek squad protection is a must, they make it super simple if you have the unfortunate event of breaking your screen, and hook you up with a new one in a couple of days
