I decided to go with this protection for my leased phone. I've had a previous protection plan and used it a few times. They were quick to help me and provided me with a loaner phone until a new replacement was sent to me.

Although I have not used the plan as of yet it is a better plan and cheaper than what my provider offers. I was pleased with the associate offered this plan over my carriers..always a good experience with the associates at Best Buy!

This protection gives me piece of mind with my laptop. I ended up needing to use it a few months ago and everything went smoothly. The problem was actually resolved faster than the Geek Squad told me it would be.

I wish I would have known about the geek squad insurance for our cell phones prior to the end of last year. Not only is it cheaper than the carriers insurance, it is much better and very fast at replacing.

Don't know what I'd do without my Geek Squad! They have helped me tremendously figure out how to work and navigate all my Macbook Pro has to offer. Thank you....best investment since purchasing my Macbook!!!

It is nice to know that I have this protection. The Geeksquad staff is top notch at Best Buy. I have used this service once with no issues at all. Very, very helpful indeed! I would recommend this to my family and friends.

Immediately we had a computer problem which they diagnosed and took care of and when a business account got hacked they tested our home computer and made sure it was unaffected & protected. Geek Squad = Peace of mind!!

I thought they got me with purchasing a protection plan, until a year later, I actually needed. Even though I still had to pay $150 for a different phone, it was still better than paying the full amount of the phone.

If you buy a phone I recommend getting the phone coverage just because you never know. It covers all accidental damage and you might need to pay a deductible must in most cases they will fix it at the store.

Geek Squad came in and set up our new TV. They were very professional and patient with all my questions. They taught me how to use the “smart” functions and their explanation was simple and easy to follow

This service is a must now a days as we are almost completely dependant on our phones. Usually, you can pick up a refurbished replacement in 24 to 48 hours. Think it would be better to leave with it in hand though.

Geek squad protection plan is a absolutly great plan to have, it gives you peace of mind, in case something goes wrong with your device. They have no problem taking care of the difficulties that you were experiencing.

I love GSP on cellphones! The replacement process is very easy. You can do it online and even from the store. Don't forget to make an appoinment with GeekSquad before you head to the store so you're not waiting in line.

I love Geek Squad protection. I wouldn't go without it. It's very reasonable for Tech support and they cover 3 devices. All you have to do is call them with your issue, and they do the rest. Great Service!

The whole process went very well overall. The Initial paperwork was a bit of a pain. But, once we got going, they took care of everything in the store and I didn't have to wait for them to send it out.

I dont know what I would do without this. Since having my son 2.5 years ago, I've been through 3 or 4 phones! So if it wasnt for this protection plan, I probably would have never got a new phone.

I purchased new phone's through Best Buy along with insurance coverage through Geek squad. I pay an affordable price and feel at ease knowing if anything happens to my phones I have back up to fix them.

Also get the extra warranty. Best Buy always is great on handling their repairs. They can always find it in the computer too when I misplaced the papers. Always satisfied with their repairs.

Geek Squad Protection equals peace of mind. I don't always get it and have only had to use it a couple of times. But the protection is helpful. This is especially true when items are being handle by kids.

I found this to be a good protection to have in the first year of my new phone. But after careful review going into the end of my second year I realize that the cost of the phone was not worth of protection.
