I am a long term subscriber to the Geek Squad cell phone protection program . Only used it once to replace a screen . I think the dectuibale is very high. Over all the service was excellent.

I have had geek squad protection for a few years causr you can never be too careful with newer phones. My screen took a hit and had damage so I went in to replace it and everything went smoothly.

Love the service and the attitude. There are tons of people in customer service and tech support who shouldn't be due to attitude. But this is a different group always happy and helpful.

Love my Geek Squad Protection Plan...I have peace of mind knowing that if anything happens to m y phone, I can just go to Geek Squad and they will take care of it. It also covers loss or stolen now which is a plus!!

This is the absolute best mobile protection out there - allowing you to choose which tier you want. Additionally, they are almost ALWAYS cheaper than any protection offered by providers.

To put it simply I wouldn't have a computer or laptop without the yearly support program of Geek squad. Keeps everything in tip top condition and if I have a problem it is always covered! The BEST>

We felt that for the price (identical to Sprint's), that the option Geek Squad Protection provided were better than the Cell Phone Vendor. We were very happy with the service while we had it.

Best Buy has the best protection out there. I highly recommend it. Not many plans cover liquid damage plus you never have to worry about shipping your products when Best Buy is near your home!

Fortunately I have never had to use the service but I know that getting the screen fixed will cost you over $500. You can go through insurance and have a refurbished one delivered to you for 150.

I haven't had to use this yet, but it was cheaper than the insurance that my phone provider had. That's a win for me. It also seems like it will be better since I can just go into the store

Geek Squad is much easier to deal with because you can go right into the store rather than have to call over the phone and speak with someone who can not see the actual product. Also saves $

I was hesitant about purchasing this protection plan for my cell phone but I am so happy I did. My phone stopped working and it was replaced within a couple days no questions asked. Great service!!!!

I had to bring my phone in because it wasn't turning on. The geek squad representative showed me how to reset phone & to upgrade software I had no further problems with my pgone.

With the huge expense of phones today, how can you not protect it with insurance. In the 1st week the screen was cracked. Cost to replace this screen was $350. Cost of insurance $8 a month. You do the math

Although I've never had to use cell phone insurance in the past, I feel it's always best to have insurance, as with anything else insurable becuz one never knows when a problem can arise.
