I purchase a protection plan with almost every expensive item I buy from Best Buy. My only gripe is the policy change for cell phones. I wish they didn't start charging the deductible.

I took my phone in for charging difficulties and and was told it would be a 3 day wait. I explained to them I lived an hour away and they made an exception, took care of it right away.

When you need help, when your troubled, when it just doesn't start. Well let them change that down hill spiral to a top of the hill yell "THANK YOU GEEK SQUAD", AND START ENJOYING YOUR ELECTRONIC DEVICE.

Computer is great. Although past 2 updates on software on the computer have failed me. Updates aren't completing, leaving me without my laptop while it is getting fixed with geek squad

Thankfully, I haven't had a problem with my cell phone yet that has caused me to use my Geek Squad protection. But it's nice having the coverage, since you never know what will happen.

Have never had any real problems with Geek Squad Protection for my wife's phone. Have used the warranty claims process a couple of times and she was able to get a new phone each time with no hassles.

In my dealings with the squad they have been polite, professional and knowledgeable. And they go out of their way to not make me feel like a dork when I ask remedial questions. :)

The protection covers everything. Yes for certain phones there may be a deductable but it is better than paying 800 for a new phone. Deductable is like 150. I am happy with this.

I had protection on my phones before with the carrier. This is far better. It's cheaper and the turnaround time is better. I had to use it twice in 6 years and I had no problems.

The geek squad protection is cheaper than getting the cell phone company protection plan and has better coverage. Geek squad makes things easier and faster to get products fixed

I bought a monthly insurance service plan for my phone through Geek Squad and have not had any problems with them. Great value and service compared to the carrier plans.

They fixed my spen and didnt make me buy another phone. Thats a first. Good job! My glass is cracked but ill explore my options first i finally read my fine print.lol

I have not actually had to use the service of my protection on my phone yet which is good but if I never use it I end up saving 3 to $4 a month less than my carrier charges

In my opinion this a great "Value for Money”. They offer excellent “Support”. The item is very “Effective" at achieving its usefulness. Easy to use and practical. Help is close by.

Its not easy to say these days that any company truly offers great coverage. But for 7.99 a month you get plenty of coverage. Affordable and great customer service.

The Geek plan warranty I purchased with my new cell phone is amazing. I will never have to worry about my product not getting fixed or replaced especially when accidents happen.

I have had to take my phone into the Geek Squad to be looked at and when I did they were quick to help, polite, professional and helpful. The $7.99 a month is totally worth it!

This is great protection for someone who may be clumsy or breaks their screen. Just make sure you keep up with your phone. This protection plan does not cover lost or stolen.

Purchasing the GeekSquad service I have saved time and money on service for problems with my computers and electronic devices. They even come to the house to service my computers.

I have only had to call for help with my new HP laptop once. the service was great from start to finish! I will definitely not hesitate to call again! great job guys!
