It almost seems that purchasing the protection placed an invisible shield around our devices as we have not had any issues requiring Geek Squad repairs!

I always buy a warranty with expensive devices because I always someone break them. I've sent a few.laptops in and they were fixed with no issue.

I was having a problem with my cell phone, i came into the store and the geek squad figured out what the problem was and I was happy with the service.

Having this added protection is great. Gives peace of mind for any issues. I’ve already called needing help with a few issue and it has been helpful.

About 20% less cost vs. my wireless provider. Some of the options are better as well. I would say take a screen shot of what you have/get/pay for and compare.

Any issues I’ve had with any item that I’ve had geek squad protection on they either fix or completely repair the item! I will continue to purchase

Its ok for somethings, but feel it is waste of money for phones. What does it even cover. Does not cover cracked screen. You still have to pay deposit.

Geek Squad clearly explained everything when I signed up and payment is automatically deducted every month so I never have to worry about missing one.

Well haven't had to use it, but really nice to know I've got it for an inexpensive amount, especially since I'm with an unlocked carrier.

My carrier offers a plan that is comprehensive. However, the Geek Squad plan had more features, lower replacement costs and a lower monthly fee. Win-win.

The Geek Squad protection gives us that assurance for not "if" something happens to our phone, but "when" something happens they will be there to fix it.

If you get the comprehensive plan that also protects against lost and you pay up front to get savings....this is the best way to protect your phone!

Not much to say, I compared Geek Squad protection to my carrier's and it was cheaper every month with a lower deductible. Kind of a no-brainer.

This insurance is fairly inexpensive and helps ensure I can get my phone repaired if I should break it. At $700 per phone, the insurance is a great deal!

This protection is cheaper then sprint monthly. Right now sprint goes through another company. Which charges about $14 a month for protection.

I used to play through my mobile carrier for insurance.. Now I pay best buy and I get so much more bang for my buck. I very happy with the coverage.
