I've had GeekSquad protection for my PCs and mobile phone and tablet. The times I have used the service, it has been helpful. I don't use it a lot but nice to know I have it if needed. My daughter took my laptop to another state and had trouble installing the new Windows 10. She contacted Geek Squad there and on the phone, and they helped fix the problem from where she had the computer. The monthly mobile plan, damage-loss-theft, is not that expensive even if not used, considering owning an expensive phone. I can call or go to a store and ask questions for computer and mobile help any time. That is worth the cost.

I have this protection on both my phones I've been using it for the last 5 years or more, I think it's a must-have. In the past they would replace your phone up to three times in one year and swap it out right at the counter. Unfortunately that has changed I'm guessing because people abused it. If you are leasing your phone you would be crazy not to have it because although you are leasing the phone you are still responsible to return it at the end of the contract. Like I said so far so good they automatically deduct the payment every month for my banking account so it's hassle-free to.

I'm not quite sure what I'm paying $10.99 times to for every month. Hopefully it will pay off in the end. I must say though I love most things about this by one of my favorite stores.

Monthly subscriptions are giod to have for warrenty purposes. Have not had to use it yet but when and if i do i hope best buy will help out

It took them about a month to fix my phone. I leave 50 miles away from the store. I was told twice that the phone was ready and it wasn't.

Haven't had to use the phone insurance yet. They do make it easy and painless to give them your money by auto pay
