We took our the Monthly Cell Phone Insurance for the two phones in our household. I'm really grateful that we did that, as my husband's phone had problems. Best Buy was great about getting the problem resolved, and making sure we were not without a phone!

Only worth it if you don't lose your phone. My husband lost his phone and could not get a replacement. The old program replaced your phone if you lost it. To get a replacement, we would end up paying $250.

I prefer using the geek squad protection over any other protection plans because it's so easy to just bring your item to the store and have geek squad take care of it right there.

Geek squad protection was on top of their game for my product replacement. No hassle, phone arrived next day. Easy process to send back the broken one, too. I'd recommend this for sure.

As a trail runner I was psyched to upgrade from my fitbit but the GPS feature doesn't work on trails or areas with many trees so the upgrade was a fail for me.
