After paying for tbe service for a year i was charged 150 for a deductable on a phone that I originally paid 1 dollar for

I still have my phone but plan expires before the phone did? Not a great plan wont add it again for a phone.

Too expensive to get your phone fix and it not worth to pay every month

This appears on all my on-line orders and I have no idea what it is?

Couldn't ask for better customer service with a smile.

I was able to download the different apps I have access to. But, for some reason it seems to always stopping, buffering and then freezing up. This happens no matter what app I use. I can actually watch shows faster on my phone...

I used to love the geek squad phone plans but now they changed them and you spend almost retail to replace a phone. Probably won't add them again to my phones

My insurance was going well at first and then there was a glitch that charged my credit card over 5 times!

I'm on my second replacement phone for $149-haven't gotten a replacement that works well yet

Don't bother...it's a headache and you end up getting refurbished garbage phone

I have had the geek squad plan for my last 3 phone I have purchased from best buy and the have covered the damages to my phone when I had a accident with no questions or problems

You must get it with any purchase. A must have the. If anything happens to anything you buy. You can bring to them to fix or they will replace it.

I feel a great peace of mind knowing that my phone is covered . I appreciate that I don't have to be reminded to pay monthly--it is done for me.

My husband was unable to send texts before we obtained the stylus. This now allows him to send texts without mistakes.

Love to shop online especially for such good buys , I only paid $ 10 with my points .......what a steal!
