I didn't know the story when I saw the movie but when it was over I sat there saying I'm glad I took the time to see it. I have watched it 3 times already. It is one of my favorite all time movies.

Very well Written, Directed, Acted, and won Best Picture at the Oscars. It is a must see and have in your personal collection. I really liked this, because of the subject matter covered in this movie.

After hearing all of the reviews for this movie and then seeing it for myself I must say that it was better than I expected. The story line surprised me but that is what made it so good.

I am still mystified why this won Best Picture. I need to watch it again. I know it is an excellent film, but something kept me distanced from it. Unsure if that was intentional.

This movie is not what I expected. The acting and script was amazing. The acting seemed so beleivable. I'm glad I purchased it on DVD and it will make a wonderful addtion to my DVD collection.

It is a totally a human relationship movie. Didn't know what to expect but the norm but the movie is done so well it gives you a whole meaning of what we all sometimes long for in our lives.

I am a fan of the drama genre when it comes to movies and I had to get this one!!! If the nominations and awards this films has got don't convince you to watch it then I don't know what will!

Definitely can see why it won Best Picture. Great acting and a story that is relates to people. Love how the main character gets older and 3 people play the part but have same characteristics.

I saw this movie in the theater and thoroughly enjoyed it. Then I watch the Blue Ray and enjoy it more. The movie will entertain you from beginning to ending with supurb acting and story line.

I wasn't quite sure where this movie was going as it jumps through time about three times It wasn't difficult to pick up on though, It was a good movie worth recommending to others.

Moonlight is a very personal look at the life of a young man named chiron. This film is not what you would usually expect in this genre and its all the better for it. 10/10 would recommend.

I wish that I could give this film more than five stars. It is quite simply one of the most beautiful films that I have ever seen. It deserves every single recognition that it has received.

The soundtrack is amazing for this film. The film itself is great but I didn't see why it would win best picture. Great film nontheless but not everyones cup of tea.

Initially I didn't get this movie, but then I watched it with my heart. I got it and I cried. If you watched once and didn't get it, please give it another try.

I have not been able to watch this film as yet. The reviews have been awesome and am looking forward to seeing this film. Again it was a great choice for my daughter's birthday present.

Moonlight definitely deserved to win best picture. It's an enjoyable film and the blu-ray offers some great picture quality. Only a few special features though.

I really enjoyed this story. I thought it was interesting to follow this characters ark through 3 points of the main characters life. Def a rainy day movie to watch.

This film is eye-opening and reflective and focuses on the identity and life of a gay black boy. Beautifully acted and directed, this is truly one of the best movies of 2016.
