Phone still worked but would not charge with cord. Not knowing exactly what I needed i found an employee in store and they were great showing me the wireless charger . totally satisfied.

Could be cooler

I use my phone a lot so it's often on this charger, and the only thing it ever seems to do is make my phone hot while it's charging. It's a great purchase if you're only going to use this to charge your phone overnight, or if you're just gonna leave your phone on it without doing anything for a while. I'm gonna go back to a wireless charger that has a cooling fan, as I don't like picking up my phone and nearly burning my hand off.

Bought another one first, but it didn’t work with the Otterbox Defender case I have on my iPhone. This Mophie charger works great with my iPhone in the Defender case. Does a great job charging my phone and is narrower than my iPhone 12.
