Charging Pad Dilemma

This charger works but you cannot have a case with a finger hold as it will not charge any phone whether Android or Apple. The problem evidently is that if your case has a finger hold on the back you cannot place the phone on the pad facing up. It will not charge. if you take your phone out of the case it works perfectly. If you have an OtterBox as they say on the Soprano's FORGETABOUTIT. Again it works just not the way it should
