Phone gets hot during charging and doesn’t hold the charge as long as wired charger

My wife is so happy with this charging pad. She uses it every night.

My son loves it!! Works as described, only thing he said was you have to lay it on the pad the right way, that would depend on the size of your phone, otherwise he really likes it.

I bought two of these about a month ago. They work fine. My wife has an Outer case and they work fine with that. Only thing is the plug is on the bigger side. It’s not just a USB that plugs into something

After one month of using this product with an iPhone X, I noticed the battery began to swell and began to push the screen outward. I could not say with 100% certainty that the battery swelling was the result of this product, nor did I have time to deal with mophies terrible customer service, so I ended up purchasing a new phone and upgraded to the new iPhone 12 Pro. I quickly realized that this product does NOT work with newer iPhones. After 3 seconds of charging, the iPhone 12's magnets trigger foreign object protection on wireless charging stands. Save yourself the headache, stick with genuine Apple products. You get what you pay for!

Tiny. Weak. Must remove samsung fe 5g blah blah blah from protective case to get charged. Takes forever to fully charge. Must be put exactly in right place to charge. Woke up many mornings to a dead phone because it acted like it was charging then stopped

Quality is pretty good i do wish it was a bit bigger in size but over all does the job.

Amazing product! My son couldn’t charge his phone anymore through the usual way and this kept us from having to replace his iPhone!!

Not changing my phone, I am a little confused on how to use it

Bought this for universal charging to leave on the kitchen bar. It has been great. Surprisingly almost everything can be charged this way. My grandsons love it because most of the time they forgot their charger at home. Highly recommend.

This charger has been doing a good job for me for some time now. Easy to use and works great.

I like being able to just put my phone down to have it charge, but if you don’t get it on there just right…. This happened once & I did not gave enough battery life for the next day. Lesson learned & hasn’t happened since

This actually works pretty well for the price..you can keep on a basic case on your phone, but it will take a little longer to completely charge. I have been using it for my IPhone 14pro max…

This is the second Morphie charging pad I have bought. This one does seem to charge a little slower than the previous one. The pad is smaller but it will do the job. It will fit in a tight space if needed.

Nice look and charges well. It is kind of small compared to other mophie chargers.

So far so good. It heats up my phone a bit but other than that, it charges fine.

It feels mean to give this item 1 star. It didn't work for my phone so i returned it. Honestly though I think my phone just doesn't accept wireless charging.
