Love my new Mophie

My phone has been giving me plug-in charging problems (probably dirt or lint in the port), making charging a frustrating process. Now I can charge trouble-free. I ordered Best Buy on-line and it was delivered, as promised, within a couple of days. That is excellent customer service in my book.

Overheating issue

I picked up the charger and my phone the first night after having them plugged in overnight and I almost burned my hand because the charger got so hot.

Not Worth Getting

It takes way too long to charge, and I have to take my phone out of its case to place on the pad every time. Planning to return to Best Buy to get the standard wire charger.
