worthless does not work unable to get response from store on complaint unhappy about whole experience

Charger doesnt work; it start and stops within 5 mins. Light starts to blink and doesnt charge. Moreover you need to remove cover or magnet if present

Wouldn't charge my phone. Extremely slow trickle charge. I don't recommend. Expensive item for hownit doesn’t work well. I returned the item.

This is crap. The phone has to be perfectly centered on the device in order for it to work, and it doesn't charge consistently and is slow.

Wont charge the phone properly when standing starts blinking and will not charge goingnto return this item

It shuts down the charge and I have to rewiggle it around until I see the charging circle. I think my phone is charged and than it is not.

Will not charge a IPhone 12 Pro Max, I had to try it myself. And sure enough, it picks up and charges immediately and about 10 seconds later no charge. Tried with and without case, and two separate phones.

Don’t waste your money. It doesn’t work at all . It’s been a couple of months already since I bought it . I tried using it but it never charged my phone .

When I put my phone in the horizontal position on the "Mophie 15W wireless charger" to charge the battery, the wireless charger kept disconnecting from charging my phone. I was never able to get a full charge. I ended up returning it to the store. Very disappointed!

It was a bust with the defender case for the iphone13 mini. So it’s a one for me. However if you have no case or another variation of phone it just may do the trick.

I purchased this unit for my wife’s iPhone 12 Max. Her case isn’t thick but it takes several try’s to get the phone to start charging and then it will inexplicably stop charging after only increasing the charge by a few percentage points.

It took twice as long to charge on this charger than it does with the cord. I don't know if mine was a defective unit or if they all take that long. I ended up returning it.

Doesn't charge two different devices. I thougt it was my phone and gave it to my daughter but it doesn't work on her's either. I accidently waited past the return period so I can't return it....

I wish it had worked, but it did not. It does not charge your phone with the otterbox phone case (simple one).

Great charger with great felt. I would recommend this to a friend without a doubt. The only gripe is that this does not have USB C. Instead it uses proprietary connector

Good desk charging stand for our iPhone at Work. This helps the Operator see the phone versus being on the desk flat and possibly missing a call.

Its a great Charger, and phone holder. As you can charge, and search the internet. Watch videos, and not have to hold items while watching a video.

Like many on here.... No luck getting iPhone 12 Pro Max to stay charging. Thin case on the charger shuts off after 10 seconds. Remove case and I was able to charge, but not "fast" about it.
