The charger feels to be high quality and expensive, looks really awesome, and I really wish I would be able to recommend it to other. However, there is only one minor issue, that it does not charge my phone whatsoever. The indicator light starts blinking a shortly after I place my iPhone Xs on the stand. Shortly means sometimes a couple minutes, and sometimes a couple seconds seconds. FYI, my iPhone Xs works well on all other couple wireless chargers I have. After consult the customer service from mophie, and being instructed to use the included USB cable, which it does not come with one, and using a regular round DC power instead, I have no other option but return this piece of expensive plastic. Goodby my first mophie product, and also my last.

Works great, pretty fast charging, usually from low baterry takes 1-2 hours for full charge.

Love the stand up feature of it but notice it does not always seem to work on 1st attempt and light flashes so have to reset it.

I love using this wireless phone charger. It works as an effective charging station and stand for my Samsung Galaxy S20 (Fan Edition). The only drawback is that it is not strong enough to charge phones whenever they have cases attached to them.

Lasted just over two weeks. Initially, worked like a champ; even worked on pledger phones with thicker cases that did not work with other wireless chargers. Then, let my wife borrow it while I was out of town on travel - again, worked perfectly. I moved the charger back to my side of the bed when I arrived home tonight and it went into constant blinking error mode and no longer charges my phone. I have returned to my default charger - plug-in cord with a power block - and will return the wireless charger in the morning.

Most chargers are 7.5 watts. My phone charges quickly on this 15 watt charger.

Does what it says on the box. Phone has fallen off sometimes but thats mostly my fault

Works perfect for our use. Permanent spot in family room so a charger is always available when needed.

I'm really happy with this wireless charging stand. My favorite features: 1) the angle (maybe 80-85 degrees) is great for visibility on my desk, my nightstand, anywhere, and 2) the velvety surface is gentle on my phone and ensures my phon is not going to slip off the stand. It's a pleasure to use. Now the drawback: sometimes it just stops charging. The light starts blinking, and I'm not sure why. The workaround is to unplug it for a little while, and then plug it back in. It hasn't happened as much as it did in the beginning, so that's why I say I'm really happy with it, but truth be told, I'm not sure why it does that. I wanted to get another one for other locations in my house, but it is cost-prohibitive.
