    Bought this wireless charger in January, but it works about only half the time. I keep having to reposition the phone to get charging to resume. I have the thinnest possible case so that’s not the problem because other Mophie flat chargers work consistently.

    I have the iPhone 12 Pro Max and its a pain to get this charger to connect even with the case off. The light will sometimes blink and not charge my phone.
