Does not work for proMax iPhones!!!!! Blinks, turns off, doesn’t fully charge. Does seem to work for regular size iPhones but that doesn’t help me for what I purchased it for....

Well,,, giving it 2 stars because it is probably a good product. However, not a good match for my iPhone13. Due to the height and location of the camera lens. it requires work to find the sweet spot location to charge the handset.

So far this charger works well. We have had no issues to date.

No directions and always lit. Had to move in another room because the light would flash and sometimes stay bright so hard to sleep. Also no port in USB port like other brands offer. Waste of money. Better off using phone charge

Light blinks most of the time......SOMETIMES IT CHARGES SLOWLY AND SOMETIMES NOT AT ALL!!! MOPHIE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LIKE DEALING WITH A BRICK WALL!!

What is Mophie you say? I have no idea but seems like a garbage company overcharging for a lousy product. I cracked this boy open on Xmas day. Started charging my phone. A half an hour later my phone went from 14% to 18% even though the phone was perfectly centered on the device. I then took my phone case off, curious, but I couldn’t get it to charge at all. I’ve read that the wireless charger tech just isn’t there yet. And so I announced that. But then my brother in law said, mind works. It’s a Samsung. Sure enough he brought it out and it worked fine. Long story short, get a Samsung. It works on iPhones

the charger is fickle--it sometimes charges my phone, and sometimes not. I have decided that I will return it, but have not been able due to traveling. Very disappointing,

I bought this for a Samsung Fold 4. It actually charges at 15W. Very fast and there is less wear and tear on the charging port, hopefully extending the life of the device.

This is what he wanted. Thanks for having it available. Great addition

It's a Christmas gift for my son. I know he's going to really like it.

Awful product. Most of the time it doesn’t even work. Even if you place it correctly, the charger will stop charging and the LED status light will keep blinking. I’ve tried re-plugging it elsewhere, repositioning my phone on the base, and even buying a new slimmer phone case. Nothing seemed to work. Had to return it. I would not recommend using this. You’re better off using a longer cord and a quick charge power brick.

Terrible, makes the phone hot and stops charging. Woke up to the phone not being fully charged because of this. Ended up returning it and getting the samsung fast charger which has given me zero issues.

Doesn't charge well unless it's sitting in a perfect position. My phone received a notification that involved a vibration in the middle of the night and it threw off the charging mechanism. I woke up to a 20 percent charged battery.

Works like it should. I previously owned a Samsung wireless charger. This new charger accomplishes a full charge much faster. Works well with phone case.

It's only moderately decent, doesn't work very well through case, keep having to take off the case to get good connection

This did not work for me. I bought this so I could use my earphones the same time as I was charging my phone. It was nearly impossible to balance my phone on this device with my earphones plugged in. Also it made my phone very hot. In fact my phone shut off a couple of times because it was too hot.
