Worthless for Charging

Bought this charger assuming it would be quicker than the cheaper model of another brand. I was totally surprised to find this charger could not charge an apple i-11 unless you took the cover off and even then it took hours to add less than 20% to the charge. After a week, it became even slower. Would take this one back but threw box away assuming these were fool proof.

Charger worked on his phone thru the hard case, but not mine. Returned to store.

I have the iPhone 12 Pro Max and it didn’t sit on it very good and it kept making my phone go off and on all night. One night it didn’t even charge it.

Hard to get consistent charge

Doesn’t really work for iPhone 11 with OtterBox

I have to make sure my phone has not gone off charge as the charger constantly stops charging after minutes. I do not want to remove an OtterBox every time I want to charge my phone. A store representative had demonstrated to me that a wireless charger would work with OtterBox..... I just did not know that it did not work tremendously long in minutes.
