Disappointed

Well it work for the phone and the ear buds but it did not work for the watch. The watch kept sliding one side to the other. The bubbled back would not lay flat on the charging port in order to charge. For that reason I will be returning this product.

No trouble shooting advice. At first we thought my phone case might be too thick but we finally got it to work. So it is OK now.

The phone part is very frustrating because you have to get the positioning exactly right or it will not charge. Also, I have a thin bumper type case in my phone and I have gotten to the point to where I take the phone out of the case to charge, because it is so difficult to get a charging connection.

Wow the mat is a little small for my large iPhone it does the job perfectly
