Disappointing so far

The area that charges the phone is highly sensitive in that you have to lay it on there just right fit it to begin charging. Even then- you may check on it a few minutes later and it’s not charging anymore. The AirPods and Apple Watch section has been flawless, but the pad that charges the phone is so inconsistent and unreliable, that I’m tempted to go a different direction.

Decent purchase

Not sure why this happened, but when I tried to charge another Apple watch it charged it with no problem.

It’s still functional, but it charges my phone slow. Maybe because that’s the rate of charging or because my dog bit on it!

One place to charge everything.

We battled plugging everything in individually, forgetting, finding where devices were. This has been a huge convenience. Everything is in one spot for her and in the morning everything is ready and charged. It was the perfect gift for the disorganized child.

Not reliable

Way too overpriced for that level of reliability. Thinking about returning. I’m sure there are more reliable alternatives for a fraction of the cost.
