Purchase this for a gift to go along with an Apple Watch and AirPod pros It worked for a couple days then the pad wouldn’t charge the AirPod Pros or the Apple phone 12. The watch did charge so it is something to do this the flat charging pad. I rated the ease of use 3 stars since you need to find the sweet spot on the pad. This might have been an issue with this pad. Returning for something else.

The phone charger portion is very touchy it has to be set on there just perfect or it will not charge completely

The only thing on this that works consistently is the Airpod charger, the phone charger is intermittent sometime it chargers and sometimes you'll wake up to dead phone. The worst part is the watch dock, it is absolutely useless. I highly recommend you deal with the minor inconvenience of having multiple charger's. You'll be happier you do and you won't waste money.

Great product but it was delivered with a small dent in the front right door. It is most noticeable when outside light shines in my kitchen. I contacted Best Buy immediately, but was told that it could not be reconciled until the purchase showed up in the Best Buy system. I haven't heard from anyone since I made that contact.

You have to be very precise in where you put your phone even then it turns off and on

Was very excited about this gift I got for my wife. Unfortunately the charging pad does not work consistently. It does not charge right away and you have to unplug the unit and plug it back in for it to pick up her iPhone12 pro. Small case on phone. My Amazon charger works 100x better.

if your phone moves even the slighest bit while charging, you will wake up with a dead phone!

You have to fish around to find where the charger is for the iPhone and make sure it is charging.

Sometimes it works well and other times it does not. Do not recommend.

Doesn’t work as advertised. Phone, watch and air pods will not charge fully.

Complete piece of trash. Purchased to use with iPhone XS. Worked nicely for a while, then started acting up. The phone has to be placed a certain way or it won’t charge, then, in the middle of the night it stops charging and the indicator light starts blinking. It’s even worse with the iPhone 12.

It worked great for about ten months. It has become very difficult to get the iPhone and AirPods to charge. Sometimes it is charging when I go to sleep, but is no longer charging when I wake up.

I unfortunately will be returning this . It initially worked with my IPhone 11 Pro , however after a very short time it no longer will connect. I will be returning this charger. Too bad!

I had high hopes of decluttering my nightstand with this product. I was excited to use the magnetic charging technology too, however, it proved to be slow charging, touchy with device placement, and product failed with 3 months. I do not recommend!

Works great for watch but wont charge a cell phone in a protective case.
