The AirPods charger does not work. I bought it in Dec but discovered it was working until after it became unreturnable. I tried to do a warranty replacement for $8 but they canceled my request because I didn't attach a receipt. Disappointed.

I bought it less then three months ago and it broke maybe a month ago it stopped charging everything. I’m not sure if I just got a bad one or something but I’m not going to spend the money on another one just Incase it breaks in 2 months like the last one.

This device sucks,, it charges the apple watch just fine but as far as the I phone ,, it shows a signal charging but after a short while it stops and the device isn’t fully charge,, I give it no stars and 100.00 bucks down the drain

Do not buy this. This Mophie 3 and 1 should be called a 1 and 1 charging device. It stopped working after one month. Complete waste of money. I also had to pay for shipment to get the device replace under warranty.

Apple charger and the AirPods place works fine, but the wireless pad for the phones is really crappy. Some nights my phone won’t charge at all, and some nights my phone only makes it to 75% charged. Will be returning

First night I used it, all was good. 2nd night I used it my phone was dead and could not be revived. Fortunately it was 6 days before my 1 year warranty expired. Had to get a brand new phone, under warranty thankfully.

I wanted to love this but alas. This doesn't charge properly. You have to futz with it and even then it never clear if its doing its job. Wish I could return this. Expensive mistake.

1. Its hard to find the "sweet spot" on the phone portion. 2. Does not charge galaxy watch 3. Charges headphones well. Overall, i do not recommend this for Samsung devices.

Charges phone and watch decent enough but couldn't charge my air pods pro to save its life. If it cannot charge all 3 of the items reliably the product is worthless. Definitely would not recommend.

I was very disappointed with this product as it wasn’t effective in charging my devices. This is the first time I’ve had this happen as I am a very avid customer of Best Buy.

Worthless product for phone charging. Tried iPhone 12 pro with and without a thin Apple case in multiple locations on the pad. No success. Device will probably end up in the trash.

Charged my watch and AirPods, but not my phone. The light comes on, then blinks and my phone stops charging. Could’ve spent my money on the Apple MagSafe charger and case instead

When charging the iPhone, the device will stop charging after about 30 minutes. When this occurs, the LED will continuously blink indicating a foreign object is on the charger.

The charging for iphone its really dificult to acurrate the exact place for the charging to detect it. its hard to get the iphone charging work. apple watch and air pods pro chargin 100% working.

Didn't have enough power to charge an iPhone XS and Apple Watch 5 simultaneously, consistently, or quickly. Avoid this and wait for a better, higher-powered version.

This product was an older charger that wouldn't charge my Apple products. I would recommend this to a friend if it's right for their phone/watch/pods.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy it. It charges only half of the time. You have to make sure all the time if charging started or not.

Does not charge the latest apple watches (5 and up). Not sure why. Bought the Belkin Boost 3 in 1. Costs slightly more but worth it.

Would not consistently charge my devices. Have to try to find a sweet spot nobody got time for that. Makes a high pitch noise when charging.

Just am FIY this did not work with the iPhone 12 pro max. The camera Hump prevents it from sitting flush and charging.
