Not Compatible With Otterbox Poptop Case
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I purchased my new phone I deliberately chose the new Poptop Otterbox case that was advertised as “slim enough to allow wireless charging.” That case wasn’t exactly cheap, but I figured offered classic protection. This wireless charging station - which does say it will charge through slim cases - is NOT powerful enough to make a connection through the Otterbox case, with or without the Poptop removed. For $153 with CA sales tax, I expected this wireless charging base to deliver through a case! Now I have to return it and pay a restocking fee. I wanted one single base that took one plug space to charge my wireless compatible items, and sadly it will only charge my phone if I struggle to pull my phone free from a case, which I do not want to do every single night. I’m hoping the store will allow some kind of test to make sure these bases work with the cases advertised to allow it! What I DID like about the station however is the soft edge to edge surface that ensures the phone won’t be scratched if knocked off the base, and takes up less space than a similar competitor’s model.

Not the best at charging phone.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It is so difficult to charge my phone. It’s hit and miss when placing the phone on the pad. I wake up and my phone isn’t charged. So frustrating. Have no issues with EarPods and watch charging.
