The charging pad for the phone doesn’t work at all and the watch pad only works sometimes. I really like the design but I have to return it. It seems like a common theme for this product to run defective so I won’t be grabbing the same one.

Did not charge my iPhone. My iPhone battery was dead and needed to be replaced after ‘on charge’ 10 hours overnight.

Was a great concept! I got this for my girlfriend for her birthday. She just opened it 4/18 and it only partially works. Does not stay connected to the watch or AirPods. I purchased this as a gift and because I bought it ahead of time she can not return it or replace it. Don’t waste your money.

The middle section, which is to charge an iPhone activates but does not charge. The first two times I placed my iPhone on the phone charging part of the device, even though it made the noise that suggested to me it was charging, when I looked to see if charging was complete and the battery levels dropped by 30-40%. Suffice it to say I am very disappointed. Unfortunately, I threw away all of original packing, or else I would have returned it for a refund.

The charger it is constructed well with quality materials. It’s easy packable Travel well if not a lot.My problem is with functionality. It does not charge well. The Charging process is very slow. While charging overnight, I never reached a full charge using this product. I would not recommend

I bought this before a three week trip and it doesn't charge my iphone. By the time I got back from my trip the "return period" had ended so now I'm out almost $200 for something that doesn't work

I’ve barely used it, and it struggles to charge my AirPods. I picked it up because it was too good to be true deal. It worked for a few weeks, and then proved me right.

Does not work overseas. The only charger on this device that occasionally worked was the iWatch charger. The iPhone and iPods chargers never worked. They work here in the USA at my house but did not work when I needed it to work.

The middle part doesn’t work on cell phone. Broken

I have the defender Otterbox and the wireless charger isn't powerful enough.

Product stopped working after 10 Days. I attempted to contact Best Buy and got no response. Gave up and waiting a few days. Called them back and finally got a hold of a rep who advised sorry, nothing we can do since you are passed the 15 day window.
