I use to have to unplug and replug it at times to get it to charge devices but now its working great. The item is easy to use and pack having all of the items you need to charge your essential apply products. My one wish would be for them to include a bigger wattage adapter with an extra USB C port so I could charge my iPad off it as well. This is indispensable for me when I travel now and highly recommend it to anyone needing travel charge for their Apple products.

Mophie tried a firmware update that did not fix the problem. These should have been pulled from shelves. They should not charge $150 for this product. I cannot get ahold of anyone either Zagg/Mophie customer service to resolve the issue. They also charged me twice and I cannot get a refund.

When I finally did, they said they can return the product but I have to pay for shipping. Plus the customer service rep was very rude. I wouldn't buy another product from Mophie
