I have not had any issues with it. I love the carrying case. Very easy to pack for trips and I don’t have to worry about the 3 cords and plugs. It’s a winner for sure!

Love the thought put behind the design and how compact it is when I pack it into my backpack. Mophie was my first charger many years ago and the quality is consistently great.
