The charging pad has been a huge let down. It worked well for the first week, then started having issues with charging. I've seen several other reviews pointing to a similar problem with phone placement and cycling between charging and not charging. It's happened a few times that I wake up at night from my phone connecting and disconnecting from the charger. I'm sure BestBuy will exchange the product for a new one, but this seems to be a fairly common issue with this charger (which is a shame because Mophie products in general are great).

If it slides a little or is bumped you wake up to a phone not charged. Sometimes the cradle doesn't work. You have to unplug it and plug it back in. Did not come with a plug and I had to sacrifice one from another device.

Posted .Make sure your wireless charging base is plugged into a wall adapter that is at least 1.8amps (an iPhone adapter is only 1.5amps). If you are still experiencing a problem our customer service team would be happy to discuss warranty information with you

Right out of the box this thing didn't work. It shows charging for one second...then stops...then starts...then stops...and on and on and on. I had to submit a claim for a warranty replacement only 5 days after buying it.

Didn’t work at all
