This product is 100% garbage doesn’t even work I wish I was still able to return it but it’s past due.

This was not worth the money. It was not convenient. It was pointless. This is all my personal opinion.

I'm sure it probably works great with other phones, but not with the iPhone 8 Plus

This is quite a nifty little charging device! As an iPhone user, I'm late to the wireless charging game, so I don't have much experience with other charging methods (although a car I once bought had an in-built wireless charging mat in the console; it worked okay, but the case I had to use was super flimsy, and I ended up never using the feature). I'm really impressed with this product, though. The fact that it magnetizes to my Mophie case is a nice touch. The magnetic hold is powerful enough to hold the weight of the phone, so I could theoretically mount the charger vertically if I had a reason to. I'm only a day into owning this, but I definitely don't have any immediate complaints.

It's ok that you can charge your phone wireless, but it charges too slow and not worth it. Took 15 minutes to give a 5% charge and with regular USB it took about 7 1/2 minutes for a 5% charge. Overall I rather use my Samsung fast car charger which charges faster than this product does while being plugged on the wall.

I thought this item would make things a little easier, unfortunately what I had read in the reviews seem to be pretty common with these things. I have a new iPhone 7 and I bought a mophie case for it when I bought the phone about 2 weeks ago. I just received my order for the wireless charger. First night it worked fine and I woke up to a fully charged phone and fully charged case. I've been on my phone today, so I decided to charge again before I left. Unfortunately, it won't charge. It continues to cycle between charging and not charging. Each time it starts charging my screen comes on, and each time it stops charging the screen comes on too, and because it's switching between charging and not charging about every second my screen never turns off and therefore burns through my battery instead of charging it. What a giant piece of junk. I checked the wire connections and everything was secure. I moved my phone all over the place on the charger trying to find a spot where it would consistently charge, but gave up after never finding that spot. The base has a magnet that pulls the phone to it, and that was working, but just wouldn't make a reliable connection.
