The biggest issue I have is that the phone has to be precisely placed to actually charge. I find myself spending 3 mjns trying to find the sweet spot. The indicator lights letting you know it's charging are placed under where the phone is. So you can't even see when they're on. Then. They don't stay lit the entire time it's charging. Poor design. If u had to do it again. Prob would try another charger.

Mine is a soft Kate Spade case and it will not charge so I have to use the plug-in. Not worth the money.
