sensitive and stops charging

It is difficult to get it to accept a phone for charging, and it oftens stops charging. I returned it and bought the Samsung brand multi-charger, which functions MUCH better.

Once it does, it charges very slowly! Very disappointed. The last 3 items I have ordered on the internet from Best Buy have been inadequate. I won’t buy from the internet again. I’ll go to the store.

Terrible - do not buy

I picked it up as a second charging pad to take on business trips and you have to spend 5 minutes just to find the right spot on the pad for the phone to start charging.
