I plugged it in and put my galaxy note 9 to charge, let me tell you 15 minutes later it only charged 3 percent higher than it was. Tried it on several other occasions and still the same outcome.

It will charge your items but won’t charge if you have USB port for a car charger. Regrettable really. A cheaper charger is better than this.
