Phone will charge perfect with old charger.

For three or four days it will work great and then, I will place my iPhone 11 on it and nothing happens. I go through several things to get it to work and it doesn’t. A few days later it works fine.

When plugged into a different USB plug or into a USB charge port, the light would flash, but the device never worked. Called CS at Mophie and they were nice and helpful. I was informed that they have had issues with some units where the Mophie device was acting as if it recognized metal or something interfering with the connection and thus wouldn't charge. They suggested I return it.

It is just a useless paperweight now that I found out we are past the "Elite" member return date. I didn't realize that we had 30 days to return the item and we tried to return it 10 days after the 30 days were up and were unable to return it.

It was the most expensive charger for its type. So I was hoping that I was paying for a superior product. It has not worked sense. I’m sure I got “the lemon” and maybe the others work fine. My experience using this product was awful
