I questioned the associate as to whether the phone would charge through the new case. The case was put on the phone and put on the charger phone in the store. When I got home the phone would not charge on the charging pad.

Posted .Hmm. Charging will depend on which case you have.That depends on the design of the case. If the case is simply a protective case, as long as its back panel is no thicker than 3mm wireless charging should work fine. However, if the back panel is thicker, or if the case contains a battery or other metal, it may prevent the phone from wirelessly charging. I've probably used it 10x. It's already broken. I'm so disappointed. Oh, and I didnt use it much because it doesn't charge my iphone as fast as plugging it into the wall or another USB. Save your money!
